Husqvarna 701 Rally is built on the 701 Enduro platform and thanks to the premium technology materials we offer it weighs only 158kg dry. In our kit you will find e.g. 28-litre fuel tanks, an APTC slipper clutch, Bosch ABS, Brembo brakes and WP suspension. Our functional ultralight navigation tower contains the essence of traits needed for long journeys and cross-country racing. It up to you where you want to use this machine.
Interconnected front tanks (factory KTM rally parts), left and right - with all accessories. Tygon yellow breather pipes are equipped with billet aluminium front caps, and breathing is interconnected with a metallic tee. Triple layer thermal reflector is installed on the left tank to reduce heat transfer.
Composite carbon/aramid fiber navigation tower includes a top carrier with Rally or Adventure functionality.
Indefectible tank brackets made of aluminium, steel and stainless steel.
Wind shield and side panels are equipped with side panel brackets and rectifier relocation bracket.
Additional fuel pump (OEM Keihin) is shielded with carbon fiber pump protector.
Dedicated exhaust header is made of stainless steel.
Plug-and-play fuel line is supplied with two billet non return valves, all preassembled. Additionally, you get the most advanced heat shields that are installed on the fuel lines that need to be protected. We employed aerospace technology to ensure efficiency of the protection.
All wiring is plug-and-play (toggle for pump selection, reserve light etc.).
Carbon/aramid fiber reinforced skid plate is equipped with brackets with shock absorbers to protect the tanks in case of a heavy crash.
Seat pan is supplied with dedicated polymer inserts to make you feel comfortable even on long trips. Moreover, you can choose between seat cover color options
And last but not least - step by step installation manual.
Husqvarna Enduro 701 offers the most powerful single-cylinder engine ever designed by the company. Delivering an additional (4.5kW) 6 hp and 3.0 Nm of torque over the previous generation while also meeting strict EURO IV emission levels.
Husqvarna have focused on introducing further advances in engine performance and reliability, while giving both new models a fresh look that remains true to the brand’s Swedish heritage. 701 Enduro are equipped with a new generation Euro IV compliant single cylinder engine that features the latest technology in terms of design and electronics. With a significantly improved power output of 74 hp (55kW) at 8,000 rpm and torque of 71.0 Nm at 6,750 rpm, the 692.7cc single cylinder powerplant offers class-leading performance.
With reliability a key factor, the use of innovative solutions such as the active evacuation and forced lubrication of the crankcase ensure long 10,000 km service intervals. All the latest engine advances provide an extremely low fuel consumption that along with the lengthy service intervals massively reduces the cost of ownership in the long run.
Smooth power delivery is guaranteed by the state-of-the-art four-valve cylinder head with its twin spark ignition. With the single overhead camshaft technology allowing for more exact valve timing at higher engine speeds, Husqvarna engineers added an extra 1000 rpm of usable power to the engine. For increased comfort and less vibrations the engine also features a second counter balancer shaft.
The Keihin electronic fuel injection features a new 50 mm throttle body that has no mechanical linkage to the throttle grip and offers better throttle response and ride-ability at small throttle valve positions.
